Ordinary Work LEADERSHIP TEAM BEHAVIORS:

  • Build a friendship and confidence with Leadership, Managers of Others, and Front Line
  • Participate in Leadership team meetings, company off-sites and Wheel of Life
  • Train and mentor Leadership in managerial accounting (formal; ride-along; special projects)
  • Advocate best decision making through weekly behaviors of financial review and updating financial models
  • Forecast, project and present possible futures and their financial outcomes
  • Bring new scaling ideas and opportunities to Leadership (system improvement; personal network; banking; investment; acquisition/merger; etc.)

FUNCTIONAL MANAGER:

  • Supervise Accounting & Administration function
  • Open the books to all Managers of Others through company scoreboard and organized financial reviews
  • Reinforce our coaching culture through asking powerful questions and soliciting feedback
  • Advise stakeholders in Shareholder meetings
  • Seek out cross functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Operations & Shareholders
  • Communicate across the organization with the language of accounting (budgets; targets; bonus plans; etc.)
  • Master an understanding of the business model and strategic direction of the business

MANAGER OF OTHERS:

  • Supervise, train, mentor & coach Accounting & Administration employees
  • Communicate vulnerably when training, explaining ideas and sharing personal prospective
  • Provide development opportunities to team via Wheel of Life and other programming
  • Oversee and optimize financial and administrative systems and vendors
  • Delegate and review all front line work (Payroll; Benefits; AP/AR; Gov’t Compliance; Insurance; IT/Data; Software/Equipment; Records; Month End)
Qualifications
  • CPA + VP Finance/Controller experience (Executive Team experience preferred)
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance (PPA Program graduate preferred)
  • Heart of a teacher and an active listener
  • Loves the idea of building a business of excellent people
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Highly driven and goal oriented; positive outlook; accepts responsibility; self aware
  • Finds meaning in developing and forming virtue in self and others
  • Excited to travel for needs of scaling company and various company retreats
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Achieve Leadership’s quarterly NOI target
  • Develop emerging leaders and managers in managerial accounting best practices
  • Present updated and accurate financial reporting to leadership team weekly
  • No bottlenecks in decision processes due to records or accounting
Compensation
  • Base Salary (Annualized): $120,000 to $150,000+ range commensurate with qualifications
  • Quarterly Bonus: $5,000 to $10,000 range upon meeting/exceeding KPI
  • 401(K) Plan w/ Company Match (to launch mid-2022)
  • Medical/Dental/Vision w/ Life Insurance option
  • 2 Weeks PTO (plus discretionary sick/family time) + Company Holidays
  • Reimbursement of all approved Accounting & Administrative expenses
  • Vehicle Allowance option (commensurate with travel obligations)

Outside Sales Rep

Qualifications

●       Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of sales experience

●       Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

●       Well respected and ability to gain trust from others

●       Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks

●       Comfortable in an outdoor setting

●       Fluency in Spanish (optional)

●       Certified Arborist (optional)

●       Sales Training (preferred)

Duties & Responsibilities

TEAM BEHAVIORS:

●       Build friendship and confidence with sales team and company management

●       Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through company’s sales system

●       Participate in sales team meeting, “team pulse” and “wheel of life”

●       Proactively identify and resolve issues related to sales

●       Oversee the maintenance and operation of all sales-related equipment.

MANAGER OF SELF:

●       Adhere to company values

●       Must have timely and effective communication with clients

●       Achieve company sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

○       Build future annual sales goals with sales team

●       Engage in continual learning and receive coaching from manager

●       Must enter proper data for accounts efficiently and accurately

●       Manage all projects to completion – This includes superior communication between foreman and customer

●       Attend and excel in Sandler Sales Training and Weekly Pipeline Meeting

●       Develop and execute strategy to maintain and expand business with customers

●       Candidate must have strong prospecting abilities and must be able to maintain key relationships with clients
